Andrew joined JBC in 2012 after completing his HNC in business. After working a few months he then began his apprenticeship at South Lanarkshire College in East Killbride. 

 

He has done exceptionally well in both college and on site and for this he was awarded apprentice of the year 2014/2015 for bricklaying. 

 

He is now currently in his final year and is proving to be a massive part of the company, with his future aims to one day to excel within his trade.
